About Thomas Kavanagh
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is having a completely mixed taste — I could go from Blink-182 straight into Celine Dion. I loved big melodies, emotion and loud guitars, which probably explains a lot about the music I make now.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Busted, Busted
Dan + Shay, Where It All Began
Nickelback, Silver Side Up
These three albums really shaped me as an artist, and I think you can still hear their influence in my music today. I love the mix of emotional, honest lyrics, huge melodies and hard-edged guitars that each brings in its own way.

“All For You”
“All For You” was the song that marked my transition from fronting a rock band into becoming a country-rock artist. It felt like the start of a completely new path for me, and in many ways, it set the direction for everything that followed.
