About Tosca
A singer and actress from Italy, Tosca navigates adult contemporary pop, movie themes, vocal pop, and musical theater with a voice that's both warm and powerful. Singing primarily in her native Italian, she released her self-titled debut album in 1992, and she went on to voice the title character in the Italian dub of the 1997 animated classic Anastasia. Tosca continued to work in film, television, and theater, including periodic cast albums and soundtrack entries, while releasing solo albums such as 2003's Sto bene al mondo and 2014's Il suono della voce, the first in a trilogy with an international focus that closed with 2020's guest-heavy and multilingual Morabeza. In 2026, she released her ninth studio album, Feminae, which featured duets with, among others, Maria Bethânia, Carmen Consoli, and Stacey Kent.
