Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest musical memory is Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9. I remember sitting on my mother’s lap, listening to Karajan’s recording of it. That moment left a powerful and lasting impression on me.

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
The most memorable moments in my career include my first solo recital at the age of five, my U.S. debut performing Liszt’s concerto at Walt Disney Concert Hall, and—perhaps most meaningfully—every single day I spend at the piano.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
On my bucket list, I want to record the complete sonatas of Schubert, Beethoven, and Mozart as albums. I also hope to record Mozart and Beethoven concertos in the future.
