Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad buying the Bruce Springsteen & E Street Band Live 75-85 in 1986 and playing it over and over and over.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Hornsby & The Range, The Way It Is Bruce Springsteen, Tunnel of Love Dave Matthews Band, Under the Table and Dreaming This is the record after the monumental success of Born in The USA. Bruce wrote this as he was going through a divorce. It's my favorite BS album. The DMB record was so different from a sonic standpoint and it's what got me into playing guitar.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “And Then There's Me” Most of my songs are about romantic relationships. "And Then There's Me" is a song about being in my late 30's and assessing the season of life I am and looking at the lives of the people I love the most and our lives have evolved very differently.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being able to play at so many excellent wineries, restaurants, breweries, etc. all over North Georgia. I've been doing it 80 times a year for the past 5 years and I still try to give it all I've got at every gig I play.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Play at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. That's my favorite venue in my favorite state. It's transcendent.
