About TrioConBrio
Taking their name from the Spanish words meaning "with life and spirit," Trio Con Brio more than live up to the appellation. Comprised of three highly talented musicians – Elisabeth Deinhard on flute, Andrea Forderreuther on guitar and Caroline Kriegbaum on viola – Trio Con Brio resurrects the glory of eighteenth and nineteenth century Spanish composers while extending the tradition with new pieces by Sergio Assad, Leo Brouwer and Egberto Gismonti. Formed in 1990, the Esslingen, Germany-based trio toured Arabic countries in 1997. ~ Craig Harris
