Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I became aware of music and its connection to human emotion was in a class for children, when I was around 7. The teacher made us listen to RHCP's By The Way and try to identify any emotional changes in it. I was immediately hooked.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nirvana, Nevermind TOOL, Lateralus Yes, Fragile These albums became foundational for me after first listen. Fragile and Nevermind are some of the first albums I ever bought. Lateralus came later in life but it changed everything I thought I knew about music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Canción Para Los Hijos de H.” This song means a lot to me. It is one of my favorite lyrics and for years the mix was terrible. Only recently it has been brought up to what I think is an acceptable standard and the result brings me to tears every time.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Releasing my first album, Elipsis, in 2017. I did all the recording and production myself, something I thought to be impossible for me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Reach at least 100 people actually listening to my music.
