About Tyë B
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember the first time I composed my first official tune for piano while at my friends house during a slumber party when I was 6-years old. I grew up hearing a mix of Jazz including Fusion Jazz, R&B, Popular, New Age and Classical music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey
Michael Jackson, Anthology: The Best of Michael Jackson
Stevie Wonder, The Complete Stevie Wonder
Grew up listening to Michael Jackson & the Jackson 5. The music has always made me feel a sense of fun, party-time & happiness. Stevie Wonder’s music gave me that romantic feeling, love his voice and music. Love Mariah Carey’s high voice, angelic!

“By the Sea (T - Mix)”
I enjoy the ocean & the song was inspired by seeing a couple relaxing on the beach on a beautiful sunny day back in 1993 while visiting. Between hearing the sounds of the ocean & seeing the couple, the music just came about hearing it in my head.
