About VAUNDY
Born in Tokyo in 2000, singer, songwriter, and producer VAUNDY first captured the public’s attention in 2019 when his self-released track “Tokyo Flash,” which blended Japanese pop with R&B and soul, became a viral sensation.
His 2020 debut album, strobo, proved he was much more than an R&B revivalist with songs that ranged from stadium-ready alternative rock to tender acoustic ballads and synth-pop. And the 2023 double album, replica, cemented his status as a cultural force, showcasing his chameleonic vocal delivery.
