A French group known for their vibrant blend of acoustic-driven reggae and mix of political and celebratory themes, Tryo emerged in the late '90s, eventually climbing the charts all the way to number one with their fourth album, Ce que l'on sème, in 2008. Boasting three strong singers and a unique musical approach, Tryo remained popular throughout the next decade, notching a chart-topper with 2012's Ladilafé and later celebrating a quarter-century together with 2020's XXV ans.
Members of Tryo include, or have included, Guizmo, Christophe Mali, Manu Eveno, and Benjamin Violet.
