Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Listening to Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath in my uncles room at like 5 years old. All I wanted to do was that.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Björk, Post Black Sabbath, Paranoid Prince & The Revolution, Purple Rain Soundtrack from the Motion Picture Paranoid because it started everything for me. Bjork because it changed the way I heard textures and layering in non-orchestral music. The marriage of simple and complex I loved. Purple Rain, because it's perfection.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Phantom Lullaby” Phantom Lullaby was one of the first songs we collaborated on. And in that moment, we realized we needed to create more. We were able to balance each other artistically.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Receiving a message from a fan telling me that my music helped them get through a loss, and messages about providing inspiration. Those things go beyond pithes and rhythms and always move me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Writing more music for shows or movies and hopefully landing a popular series or top tier film.
