In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
The first show we ever played was to a sold out venue and we played with some really talented bands. The energy that night was amazing and we hope that we can continue to experience that feeling at every show we play. This is what we love to do.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Invent Animate, Heavener
Polaris, The Death of Me
Reflections, The Color Clear
These bands are some of the few that we are heavily influenced by. Even though our music may not reflect that, these albums have stayed in rotation for us over the years.

“Linger”
We lose sight of who we are and the person we want to be. “LINGER” touches on navigating the twist and turns, up and downs of our lives. Trying to become the best versions of ourselves without burning bridges along the way.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Making our debut in 2021 was incredibly memorable for us. After we've all been a part of the Louisville music scene for so long, making a debut as Wave Painter just felt so good to us.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Get out and tour the U.S.
We've recently bought a van and we're so excited to travel and play shows in other areas. Swing out and come say hi <3
