Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was jumping on the mic at a local Seaview event. The crowd’s reaction gave me a rush, and I knew music was my destiny. Seeing legends like Bounty Killer rise from my community only fueled my ambition even more.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bounty Killer, My Xperience Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, Halfway Tree Sizzla, Black Woman & Child "Black Woman & Child" by Sizzla – A powerful, righteous album that speaks truth. "Halfway Tree" by Jr. Gong – A classic that took reggae and dancehall global. "My Xperience" by Bounty Killer – A defining dancehall album that shaped my sound.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dear Mama” Means everything to me. When I recorded it, I hadn’t seen her in years the longest time apart in my life. As the eldest of six, I had responsibilities, but my mother has been my #1 fan since day one. This song is my tribute to her love and strength.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing in England for the first time was unforgettable. It was my first international show, and I also filmed my music videos for "Ambitious" and "Grateful" while there. Seeing my music connect with people overseas was a dream come true.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to uplift my community tile out my lane, put in a button-press gate, and build a plaza to create opportunities for Seaview. Beyond that, I aim to leave a legacy in dancehall that inspires future generations.
