Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
As far back as I remember there was always a guitar or guitar shaped object laying around, tempting me to play it. I finally got a guitar for Christmas in 8th grade and the rest is history.

Mayweather Beginning is a very special song for me, because when I wrote it I was writing it for a future version of myself that did not yet exist. It took me nearly two years to become the musical being that this song demanded of me.
