Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember sitting in my grandparents' home when I was probably 5 years old, with a record player that I'd gotten for Christmas, playing 45s as I pulled them from an old cardboard box. The scent of them and the old scratchy music was mesmerizing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Cockburn, Nothing But A Burning Light King's X, Gretchen Goes to Nebraska U2, Achtung Baby The early Nineties were an important time for me personally, and these albums possibly changed my life. They moved me intellectually and spiritually. I learned that I could express my feelings and beliefs in a way that was deep, personal, and poetic.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Waltzing with the Dead” A film I was working on inspired this piece directly, and it fit the scene and mood perfectly, but the song is also deeply personal and cathartic. Having hit two marks with one arrow felt like a success. It's one of the best lyrics I've written.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing people sing along with you to a song you wrote is pretty memorable.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm just getting started so pretty much everything is still on my list.
