About Wolfbrigade
Sweden's Wolfbrigade combines d-beat rhythms, guttural vocals, and apocalyptic energy in their unholy union of crust punk and death metal. Initially operating under the moniker Wolfpack, the band issued three full-length albums and as many EPs between 1995 and 2000, before assuming the Wolfbrigade banner in 2001. The politically charged D.I.Y. ferocity of their early years grew darker and more metallic on albums like Progression/Regression (2001) and Prey to the World (2007), while later releases such as Run with the Hunted (2017) and Life Knife Death (2024) forged a volatile fusion of raw crust punk and thrash-tinged melodic death metal.
