About YEDIE
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is singing into a hairbrush in front of my bedroom mirror, imagining a stage and a huge crowd. Even then, music felt like freedom—a place where I could express everything I couldn’t yet put into words.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Adele, 30
Jessica Shy, Liepa
RAYE, My 21st Century Blues
RAYE’s “My 21st Century Blues” gives me hope through honesty. Adele’s “30” captures vulnerability with powerful storytelling, while Jessica Shy’s “LIEPA” inspires me with its warmth, confidence and Lithuanian identity.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“BĖGU”
“BĖGU” feels closest to who I am right now. It captures the tension between running away and moving toward something new. I love that it can feel vulnerable and powerful at once—like turning uncertainty into momentum.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
The most memorable moment was hearing my song Fly released on streaming platforms for the first time. I had waited so long for that moment — it felt surreal to see my name out there and know that people around the world could finally hear my story.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
My biggest dream is to perform with a live orchestra, blending electronic pop and Afro-house rhythms with a rich, cinematic sound. I’d also love to tour the world and create unforgettable moments with listeners from different cultures.
