O umělci Errorsmith
Životopis interpreta
Using self-built instruments and software, Berlin-based electronic musician Erik Wiegand makes wildly unpredictable experimental techno as Errorsmith, and is also known as one-half of MMM and Smith N Hack. Wiegand debuted Errorsmith with the Errorsmith #1 12" (1999), followed by the full-length Errorsmith #2 (2002). Near Disco Dawn: Live Recordings 2001-2003 (2004) documented his extensive touring of underground clubs. Wiegand largely stopped releasing music as Errorsmith for over a decade, but he remained busy with MMM and as an inventor and software developer. Errorsmith collaborated with Mouse on Mars on 21 Again, and then with Mark Fell for Protogravity EP. Wiegand also released a split 12" with Addison Groove. The dancehall-influenced Superlative Fatigue (2017) was composed almost entirely using his production software program Razor. ~ Paul Simpson
