In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew as a street dancer, dancing to anything that blasted out of my mom's record player, so early on I was exposed to a very wide range of music and different genre's. Music became the heart beat to my life every day.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Nirvana, Nevermind Sade, The Best of Sade (Remaster) Nirvana matches my nature, rebellious. Sade, one word - EMOTION. As far as the Kanye album, I feel like it set the tone for what I want to do with my music which is just break every rule there is and make whatever my imagination wants to create
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Follow Me” This is far from what I would consider my "Best" work, but, it has all the elements of me. It's chaotic, introspective, emotional, & it's sprinkled with some ego that bleeds through the hunger of the lyrics. It's like my personal prologue.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Honestly it's been just the collaboration. Being able to meet all these incredible and diverse creative and to get to create with them has been unbelievable.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To make a project that is undeniable. Something that I'll never have to question or want o go back and want to fix, something so unapologetically me.
