In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I first heard Kraftwerk, I knew this is what I wanted to make; electronic music. My career now spans over two decades, making house, tech-house and now techno. I also set up my own imprint Mainground Music and am a fanatic podcaster.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Carl Cox, Global Underground, Vol. 38: Black Rock Desert (Mixed by Carl Cox) Daft Punk, Homework Kraftwerk, Techno Pop (Remastered) Carl has always been a big inspiration as a person and DJ. I'm lucky he is one of my fans now as well. Homework is the one album that lifted the French sound into the stratosphere. Techno Pop I don't have to explain right? hahaha
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “All I Want to Do” Every now and then I try something new and different, which is always exciting. Luckily Carl Cox hammered almost throughout the whole summer of 2019 and Apple Music picked up on it too.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Setting up my own label Mainground Music. It has made the biggest impact on my music creating freedom, being in control, and offering others a stepping stone.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Too many hahaha. Collab with Carl Cox, host Mainground Music tent on Balaton Sound, play Resistance at Ultra Miami, etc....
