Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father had a CD with The Beatles on it, but I always thought it was The Beetles.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eric Dolphy, At the Five Spot, Vol. 2 (Rudy Van Gelder Remaster) [feat. Booker Little, Mal Waldron, Richard Davis & Ed Blackwell] Fleet Foxes, Crack-Up Gavin Bryars, Sinking of the Titanic / Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet (Obscure) It is impossible to choose three, but I think there is "beauty" in all the music I love. The form of "beauty" may differ from each other, but each of the three pieces I have selected here has both commonalities and different kinds of "beauty".
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “ディック・ダイヴァー” This song is unique in its compositional approach. The fact that the title is taken from “Tender Is The Night” by F.S.Fitzgerald and its lyrics are “Even if I chose someone, at last I come here anyway” is based largely on my own experience.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When the band played for the first time in 2019, we choose a somewhat large venue for our size. It wasn't full but there were lots of people there it felt like I was doing something right.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One is to make a great album, one is to perform in outdoor venues, and the other is to perform outside of Japan.
