This German ambient/new age rock project, masterminded by studio experts Markus Deml and Ralf Hildenbeutel, was released in 1994 on the Eye Q Records label. Hildenbeutel had already earned his reputation in the ambient dance community as co-producer to Eye Q founder, Sven Vath. Deml was a guitarist and had worked with a number of rock bands. These diverse influences were channelled into their debut album, featuring meshed guitar and voices underpinned by a hypnotic, shifting backbeat. Their debut single, ‘Alienated’, quickly established an audience in the trance clubs of Europe.
