What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Guy Called Gerald, Black Secret Technology Kerri Chandler, Kerri Chandler Trionisphere Live Moodymann, Black Mahogani All three of these albums represent futurist forms of black dance music. Kerri Chandler and Moody lean into the jazz side of things, concerned with genre fusion. While A Guy Called Gerald creates a futurist mythos with breakbeats.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I sold out my first Los Angeles show ever at the beginning of my career at Catch One!
