Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories were listening to hard rock music from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath and playing the guitar at home as a kid.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Black Sabbath, Black Sabbath (Remastered) James Brown, James Brown: The Greatest Jimi Hendrix, Experience Hendrix: The Best of Jimi Hendrix The James Brown band's impact on pop music is immeasurable laying the foundation for funk, Rap and Hip Hop. Jimi Hendrix was an extremely creative and experimental guitarist. Black Sabbath were the pioneers of hard rock and metal music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Downtown” Downtown was fun to write, record and produce. It brings back memories of playing in Pittsburgh clubs working with local musicians mixing elements of Pop, rock and soul.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I remember being on stage filling in as a bassist for a country band and seeing the crowd go wild although I'm not a country musician. They didn't know or seem to care. It was a good feeling to be accepted by a different crowd.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am a multi instrumentalist specializing in guitar technology. The music I write is a combination of numerous influences from hard rock, soul and pop music.
