In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Growing up, my mom was a music teacher at a middle school. She would let me play in the school's piano lab, a big classroom full of keyboards, and just go to town with DJ sounds. That's where I found a passion for music production.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Thank Me Later Kanye West, Graduation Saba, Bucket List Project These albums shaped me as an artist, and more specifically as a person. A lot of these songs served as a personal soundtrack to my life through the years.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Will It Ever” It's the closer on Kierkegaardian. When I worked on it, I was finishing a particular season in my life. Producing and writing it felt special. And more importantly it became a reflection of my relationship with God during that time of transition.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? There was a stretch where I did a couple shows and my best friend DJ'd the set. Those are some of my all-time favorite memories. Ever.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Let my faith be bigger than whatever musical output could show. But really, a tangible one would be to do a show with other artists like me - a festival, if you will.
