Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first ever concert was the wiggles with Steve Irwin, and that's all I can remember about it, but what a flex right?
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Childish Gambino, Because the Internet Dave, We're All Alone In This Together Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly because I am a black boy living in the suburbs. to be more specific though, all 3 are expansive and conceptual, interwoven with punchlines, personal anecdotes, incredible storytelling and stunning visuals. I try to write to be more like these.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Feel No Way V2” As you can tell from everything, I love Childish Gambino. I always try to make songs that connect to people the way his connected with me, and this feels like the closest, I've gotten, which makes me incredibly proud.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? After my first album my family had dinner at my unc's restaurant. All dinner he played my album in the background. I hadn't told them it was out, but they were so proud and supportive. Everyone jamming and all the love that day is always in my mind.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to be on a FIFA soundtrack so bad bro. FIFA if you see this put me on.
