Bon Calso is the alias of Jorge González Muñoz, an urbano singer and songwriter from Madrid, Spain. His first EP Blue Star appeared in 2018, the same year of "Estrellas," a non-album single that would become one of his most streamed songs. His debut full-length Feelings Matter followed in 2019, but soon his career stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Muñoz kept releasing singles and albums regularly in the 2020s, occasionally generating minor hits, and encompassing a wide variety of Autotune-drenched urban styles, from trap and reggaeton to drill, dancehall, Afrobeat, and pop. The artist also kept reinventing himself, with lyrics gradually becoming more introspective and productions more atmospheric, reaching a creative peak in 2025 with Número 7.
