In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my first musical memories was looking up at a towering grand piano when I was around 5 years old. My second cousin was an opera singer, and one day he sat me down and taught me the major scale. It was my first taste of music and I loved it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley, Bob Marley & The Wailers, Exodus Remastered Bonus Track Version Gabor Szabo, Spellbinder Paul Simon, Graceland Exodus was a big part of my youth, I was struck by the arrangements and it just made me wanna dance. Graceland has that traveling feel about it and always inspires me. I love how free Gabor Szabo is when expressing himself.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Desde el Otro Lado” This song is dedicated to my dad who passed away a few years ago. It represents a moment in time and in my life that left its mark. I tried to turn that pain into something beautiful. It's my way of healing and I hope it helps others too.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Meeting and working with Tony Allen, he was one of my heroes. I would listen to his drumming and analyse every beat. His rhythm is like no other and his playing hypnotic. It was a dream come true as a young artist and set me up for my career ahead.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Scoring a film, playing in Japan, North and South America, Turkey.
