In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Back when I was around 5 years old, I remember listening to reggaetón and old-school hip-hop whenever my dad drove me around. I heard a lot of Don Omar, Daddy Yankee, Dr. Dre, and Eminem.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, The Marshall Mathers LP Josh A, iAmJakeHill, Better off Dead NF, The Search Despite having so many favorite albums, I'd say these three top the list because they are the ones that helped me create my own style the most. Each one discusses dark topics while staying energetic, which is what I enjoy doing with my music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dangerous (feat. Gzee, Beniito & Lil Rico)” I wanted to make a very special album to kick off my 21st birthday with a bang, and I knew the opening track had to reflect that vision. I hit up some friends of mine and asked if they wanted to drop some verses on it, and the rest is history.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Finding and crafting my own unique style that separates me from any other artist. I used to mimic certain artists thinking that I'd blow up quickly, but that never happened. When I experimented and made my own sound, I actually started to get fans.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to sell out a soccer stadium or a hockey arena. I think performing in an environment like that would be a really cool experience.
