In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started recording music back in September 2016, right when the SoundCloud wave was starting to shift the culture. That era showed me you didn’t need a label or a big studio to get heard just a story to tell and the hunger to share it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lil Durk, The Voice Various Artists, Get Rich or Die Tryin' (Music from and Inspired By the Motion Picture) Music from and Inspired By the Motion Picture Young Thug, Barter 6 Get Rich or Die Tryin’ made me want to go harder it’s the definition of hunger and ambition. The Voice helped me through pain and inspired the emotional side of my music. Barter 6 showed me how to be unique and fearless with my sound and style
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Die Young” Die Young” is special to me because it’s a raw reflection of the fear and reality that comes with growing up in the environment I did. I lost people close to me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments was seeing the love I get just for staying consistent and never giving up. People started recognizing my growth and telling me how my music helped them push through too.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A lot left on my bucket list I want to go on a world tour, build a fanbase that truly connects with my story, eventually start my own label to put on real talent, maybe win a Grammy. Building a legacy that outlives me.
