In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Steve: "When I was a kid I loved playing this old, upright piano in my grandma's den.
Funny thing is, I'm still trash at piano now; but I used to obsess for hours there making simple melodies and feeling how my made-up chords made the room change."

“Fight Right”
I'm always writing about things I need to vent. Relationships can be hard; they take work. Sometimes honesty is tough, or we say things we don't mean. I don't hear many songs about that.
But the song is hopeful. Maybe we can learn to 'fight right'?
