In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We both grew up in families where music was always present. Each of our parents played an instrument or sang. But I believe a prominent memory is getting our first guitar. Letting its strings ring for the first time was a magical moment.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Parcels, Day/Night Radiohead, In Rainbows Vulfpeck, Live at Madison Square Garden Day/Night is a beautiful soulful concept album, and Vulfpeck's live album is just mind-blowing because of its funky energy. In Rainbows is our favourite Radiohead album because it's full of so many musical details.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “No Clue” This is probably our most dancy and funky song. That is why we like it so much. It is a reminder to ourselves to embrace having no clue and let go of all worries and just dance sometimes.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? For over a year we worked on our debut album, which will now come out on the 4th of August. We are incredibly proud of finally releasing 11 songs full of personal stories from letting go, nostalgia, and personal doubts.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? After finishing our debut album we want to play as many concerts as possible. One of our dreams is for sure to play once at one of Belgium's festivals, like Rock Werchter.
