For over a decade now, groundbreaking DJ and producer Omar Basaad has been changing the face of Saudi dance sound. He’s introduced a pioneering mix of Arabic dubstep with his track “Nehytna Eh”, incorporated khaleeji vibes into his forward-looking dance confections, and produced a song for Turkish pop superstar Tarkan. His collaboration with Pre Kai Ro veered into R&B, and with PsychoYP into trap — only a couple in a globetrotting list of artists contributing to the producer's progressive house, electro, EDM, African and Middle Eastern jams, restlessly exploring club music’s full potential.
