With Carolina Durante, raw punk-rock attitude meets lyrical, lonely blues. The band was founded in high school by four friends hooked on gigs and rock ’n’ roll dreams. Since their 2017 debut EP Necromántico, they’ve toured the festival circuit, merging a raw power inspired by alt-rock bands such as Los Planetas with visceral, acidic lyricism. The guitar solos are reckless, the bass lines are brutal and every chorus soars. It’s a sonic roller-coaster grounded by the group’s poignant sense of melancholy.
