Since he began building buzz with his debut EP, 669, and first video, “Diamonds”, in 2017, anders has become one of Toronto’s foremost purveyors of the raw and moody R&B that is the city’s specialty. While smooth tracks like “On Me” demonstrate his debt to Drake and The Weeknd—two local heroes who inspired him—anders’ music is definitely its own thing thanks to his deft delivery and hard-hitting tracks, which he often creates with other talents on his NST imprint.
