A 20-track sequel to 2025’s More Leaks compilation.
Keeping track of YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s unreleased music is seemingly the job of a full-time archivist. Luckily, whoever is in charge of such a project has stayed on top of the onslaught, as YoungBoy returned in June 2026 with a surprise release entitled ML2—the ML, of course, stands for “More Leaks.”
Following January 2026’s epic 30-track Slime Cry, ML2 is decidedly slimmer in scope, but the project’s strength illustrates that YoungBoy’s “leaks” could be positioned as hit singles among his peers.
Opener “Ganja” makes a case for being the best song the Louisiana rapper has dropped in 2026, a full-on assault of melodies, aggressive deliveries, and double-time flows. On the track, YoungBoy leans into his poetic, abstract nature, spitting: “I stepped in the rain and since then ain’t been the same/All this shit, it brought me pain, I thought to find another lane.”
It’s unclear if he fills that void on ML2, but on inventive tracks like the bluesy, piano-led “Calling from Rio,” YoungBoy proves that he’s still one of rap’s most unafraid superstars.
