Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Watching the movie FernGully: The Last Rainforest in theaters. The music was mind-blowing as a kid. Jimmy Buffet (Jeff's hero) wrote a song in it, and it featured Raffi's glorious "Raining Like Magic," which we cover on this album.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Green Day, Dookie
Jimmy Buffett, A1A
Tom Waits, Bone Machine (2023 Remaster)
Dookie: The perfect punk album. It was a revelation to listen to as a kid in 1994.
Bone Machine: Nothing beats Tom Waits unhinged.
Jimmy Buffett: The master himself. One of his best. Trying to Reason with the Hurricane Season is an inspiration.

“Now That Summer Died”
This was our band's first song together. Jeff wrote it in 2023 after his hero Jimmy Buffett died, and he and Lance worked on the music together that summer. Jimmy was such an inspiration in both his music and his personality, we want to honor him.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
We're hoping to make an album for every season. Summer Playlist was focused on our love of southern California. For our fall album we're using inspiration from Boston. Stay tuned to find out if we can get it done in the next few years!
