Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is playing piano at the McGill Conservatory of Music in Montreal, performing Chopin’s Nocturnes. I was fascinated by how much emotion could live inside a melody. That feeling still shapes the music I create today.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Depeche Mode, Music for the Masses
Duran Duran, Rio (Collectors Edition)
Roxy Music, Avalon
Music for the Masses opened my ears to the emotional power of electronic music. Avalon showed me how atmosphere and elegance could define a sound. Rio knocked me out when I was 12—its energy, melodies and production left a lasting mark on me.
