In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My real name is David. My introduction to all this began at age 15, listening to Jean-Michel Jarre Concerts in China on a friend’s Hi-Fi after school. That moment started a lifelong interest in Hi-Fi and instrumental electronic music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? London Music Works, The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, The Music of Hans Zimmer: The Definitive Collection While my early work is rooted in the electronic sequences of Tangerine Dream, my recent compositions have moved toward a more Cinematic and Neoclassical space focusing on human emotion from modern cinematic scores.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Perfume Sleep (Night Elegy)” I often shift between neoclassical movements with organic soundscapes like the various tracks on this release and series. Track 2 on this duo single, shares the sonic DNA of this track 1, even though it is completely different.
