In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest memories is going downtown Chicago during the Bud Billiken parade and hearing Juke music blasting from huge speakers. At the end of the parade
groups of dancers have a “Footwork” battle, it’s a fascinating thing to watch.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Burial, Untrue
DJ Rashad, Double Cup
Frank Ocean, Blonde
Burial’s sound is so immersive, and Intimate. Frank 's lyrics are like pages out of my diary. Nights is the best song on the album I can relate to every word. The impact Dj Rashad has had in Dj culture and dance is legendary.

“34 / The Ninth Distinct”
is song was made on my 34th birthday. I’m interpreting my strength and longevity into music. With the first half of the song energetic and full of drums while the second half is ambient and peaceful.
