Chicago-based female rapper Strings appeared on Keith Sweat's single "I'm Not Ready" and R. Kelly's "Gotham City for the Ghetto" and performed in the videos for each before releasing singles like "Pu$$y/Kitty," "Raise It Up," and "Tongue Song," which was the answer to Sisqo's hit "Thong Song."
