French singer/songwriter Georges Chelon debuted in 1965 with "15, 20 et Plus," followed later that year by the album Père Prodigue. From 1965 until 1971, he released albums annually, in addition to a steady stream of singles. He subsequently released albums with less frequency and less success. Moreover, he changed his style somewhat in accordance with the times. In the '80s, he found his audience diminished and his commercial fortunes in questionut remained active on EPM Musique from 1989 throughout the remainder of the century and beyond. ~ Jason Birchmeier
