In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was on the way to preschool listening to The Gap Band in my Mom's 2000 Nissan Murano. Burn Rubber is the exact song. I would sing it all the time and to this day they're one of my biggest influences. The Gap Band showed me what music could be.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Selling out Bowery Ballroom in NYC with Matt Watson and Ben Beal. I used to be this anxious kid standing by the bar on the second floor alone. Being onstage in front of 800 cheering people in that same venue told me "This is what I'm supposed to do."
