In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember bringing the album single, "Double Dutch Bus", to kindergarten and thinking how cool it was to play it for every body.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, The Low End Theory Public Enemy, It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back Wu-Tang Clan, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) [Expanded Edition] I believe they are the greatest three rap albums of all time. They all have the East Coast sound that made me want to start rapping when I was a kid.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hood Bliss” This song really dives into what my life was like growing up in my hometown. It really encapsulates the feeling of what it was like struggling to grow up and to overcomes the challenges of an impoverished life.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The release of my debut album, "Paradise Lost", and also when I got the first few dollars off of it. The feeling of people hearing my music for the first time will always stick with me.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to win a Grammy one day for best rap album. Winning an award of that stature makes you feel as if you're on top of the world and nothing can bring you down.
