In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was going through tough times in middleschool my friend Adam gave me the blueprint 2 album, and then later gave me the Marshall Mathers LP. Both of these taught me to write and I started writing rhymes and reading the dictionary.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eminem, The Marshall Mathers LP Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Nas, Illmatic All of these albums played a role in key points of my life in teaching me the type of artist I wanted to be. Loaded with classics, wordplay, hardhitting beats, storytelling, and emotion. Very different in their own right but genius level works of art
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Let It Go” This song is an in depth look at the emotions I went through after my bestfriend was murdered and mother died amid losing my newborn daughter during a separation with her mother. The roller coaster i went through to realize I had to learn to let go.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Honestly every new creation feels memorable in it's own way. It's all a piece of the puzzle which is my life in some way or another. Whether it's my opinion, my ego, my traumas, my dark humor, or my emotional side.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Get paid...substantially...lol. festival performances, and big name collabs with artists i draw inspiration from. Lock in a core audience that I truly reach outside of the "whats hot now" crowd.
