In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is hearing Parachutes by Coldplay for the first time. I can’t remember how old I was, but I vividly recall the peaceful and warm feeling it evoked. From that moment on, that record has made me feel at home wherever I am.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bonobo, Migration Coldplay, Parachutes Radiohead, In Rainbows Parachutes by Coldplay, as it's the first piece of music I remember hearing. Migration by Bonobo was my first exposure to his music and evokes so many emotions when I listen. In Rainbows by Radiohead which massively changed my perspective on writing.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Not The Same” "Not the Same" will always be one of my favourites. It was one of the first songs I ever released, and I made it when I was about 14. Still to this day, I feel the message resonates so strongly with me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? It would be the "Riverbed" track with Birdy. At such an early stage in my career, the opportunity to collaborate with such a respected and amazing artist was definitely one of those pinchme moments. Such a pleasure and a valuable learning experience.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Everything, But most of all to connect with people and let them feel heard.
