Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mother was wild enough to take me to my first violin class when I was 18 months old. There she was, baby Moncaya, standing with a cardboard violin, discovering music, learning how to stand in life.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Arthur Rubinstein, Chopin: Nocturnes Bon Iver, Bon Iver, Bon Iver (10th Anniversary Edition) Sigur Rós, Takk... These three are my go-to albums because of the way that they color my life. The textures take me away from this material reality into a pure and boundless place within. They are my reminders of the transitory and mysterious essence of life.
