In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I started off recording freestyles on my phone. I wasn’t great at rapping at first but after a while my flow got way better, so I decided to invest in myself and bought my own studio equipment, I have been locked in with making music ever since.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Future, Future Hndrxx Presents: The WIZRD Gucci Mane, Trap House Jeezy, Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101 I love these albums so much because I can play them all the way through without skipping a song. These 3 albums motivate me so much with anything I’m doing, from exercising, heading into work, or cleaning up. Plus these are 3 of my favorite artists.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Vibin'” This song is so personal to me, I wrote it when I was incarcerated doing 4 years in the Michigan prison system. On the song I said “grew up in that jungle, turned me into a lion”, and every time I listen to that song I love when that part comes on.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment was the first time I performed at the local open mic. I was so nervous to get on the stage at first but I didn’t let the fear over power me. I made my way up on that stage and gave it my all, I was so proud of myself.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to work with Lil B, the Based God himself. He was such an inspiration to me when I first got started rapping.
