The veil is torn, and from the depths, they rise.

The dead walk,

their flesh rotting but never dying,

hollow shells twisted by torment.

Their eyes burn with damnation,

their hunger endless—for life,

for flesh, for suffering.

The dead have come... and now they claim the living.

The body becomes a mindless beast,

driven only by rage and the urge to destroy.

The skies weep ash,

the earth quakes,

and the living are devoured in a storm of teeth and blood.

And behold, on the third day,

he rose—but not as the lamb of God,

nor the light of the world.

His eyes were dark,

and his skin cracked like parched earth.

The breath that once gave life to man now carried the stench of death.

And when he walked among the people,

they beheld not their Savior,

but the bearer of doom.

Thus, the dead walked,

and the land was filled with sorrow.

For from this resurrection came not salvation,

but desolation.

And the plague did spread across the earth,

claiming the flesh of the living,

turning man into beast,

and brother into foe.

This was not the promise of life eternal,

but the beginning of the end...
