In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. First time I heard A Tribe Called Quest and Fresh Prince. The art of Hiphop and implementation of culture and storytelling grabbed me immediately. I went on a trip on music, 2 pac, Big L, Tech N9ne and so much more. It took me out of a dark spot!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Busta Rhymes, It Ain't Safe No More... Dr. Dre, 2001 Tech N9ne, ASIN9NE These albums for me showcase hiphop evolution! These are not the first albums I heard by these artist. But they all show. 1. Growth 2. Staying power 3. Culture 4. Independence. Raw hiphop that moved me and motivated me!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Underestimated” This track was special to me. This was growth and truth. The environment I grew up in I was told I would not amount to anything. All those statistics can shove it. I shoved them aside and took control of my path. This song is it!
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening for Tech N9ne twice and my first sold out show!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Id love to stay independent. I want to collaborate with some of the greats I grew up with. I want to do stadium shows and do shows overseas!
