Barbara Pravi is a French pop singer, songwriter, and actress whose poetic update of the classic chanson tradition has won her acclaim as well as chart success. While building up a catalog of EPs, Pravi also wrote songs for other artists including "Bim Bam Toi," which earned her international attention when Carla Lazzari sang it at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Two years later, Pravi represented France at the main Eurovision contest where she became a breakout star with "Voilà," earning a second place finish. Her debut album, On n'enferme pas les oiseaux, reached the French Top Ten later that year. Pravi's sophomore album, La Pieva, arrived in 2024.
